visual elements for a campaign based around the YWCA’s Restorative Practices 101 training video.

The goals for this project are to increase online purchases of the Restorative Practices 101 training, raise awareness of all YWCA Columbus’ JEB trainings, and to highlight YWCA Columbus’ DE&I expertise in the community through visual design.

For this campaign I wanted to find a path for simple, yet impactful design that would draw attention from multiple audiences. Although the main target audience are those in Human Resources, Leadership Teams, and Education, I felt that drawing attention from the masses as whole would create a larger discussion.

Through the use of simple copy and punchy colorful gradients, the viewer’s eyes are quickly drawn in. The simple but effective copy allows the viewer to quickly understand the message, prompting them to learn more.
